Can I shower with my jewelry?
Silver and gold being precious metals, you do not have to be concerned of your jewelry getting rusty or turning black.
However, for gold plating items, an intensive contact with water can fragilize the gold plated on your jewelry. For the conservation of the gold plating, we strongly recommend not to wet the jewelry, since contact with water can reduce the life of the plating.
We also recommend to avoid contact with chlorine and limit contact with sand and salt water. If you swim in sea water, we encourage that you rinse your jewelry with clean water and dry it with a soft cloth right after to keep their shine.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items ships 2-3 business days after purchase.
Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email.
After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a tracking number and you will be able to follow the stages of delivery on the shipping companies website for an estimate on when your product will arrive.

Can I return my order ?
Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
